Skip Whitmore, Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division Landing Craft Air Cushion 100 Class Test & Evaluation Task Lead, marshals LCAC 103 vehicle while it transports a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter onto shore south of Hurlburt Field, Fla., Feb. 24. Program Manager, Ships (PMS) 317 Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) hovercraft and NSWC PCD LCAC In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) civilian operators played a vital role in this delivery.
