Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division's Technical Director's Cup challenged three teams from each of (NSWC PCD's technical departments at Naval Support Activity Panama City, Fla., May 20, 2022. The teams consisted of new NSWC PCD professionals with less than five years of experience in the workforce. The competition provides teams with the opportunity to enhance critical thinking and learn skillsets to further research, develop, test and evaluation efforts for the Department of the Navy. Scott Brown visited Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) in May to review shipyard operations in his new role as the Deputy Commander for Industrial Operations, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA 04).
