William “Bryant” Cleveland salutes PMS 312 Program Manager CAPT Mark Johnson during the Stand-Up Ceremony for the PMS 368 Aircraft Carrier Inactivation and Disposal Program Office. “The goal for Navy and this office is to be a responsible steward of the environment, while serving the needs of the Fleet and the trust of taxpayers,” Cleveland explained. “It’s full-time work—and a task that must be performed with the utmost respect for the legacy of these amazing warfighting platforms and the crews who served on them.”
