Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) is Actively Shaping the Next Generation of Engineers

NSWC Crane’s Expeditionary Warfare Department has implemented an Advanced Prototyping course at Crane’s Rapid Innovation and Prototype (RIPL) Laboratory. The course provides interns with hands-on training in 3D printing, Kydex fabrication, welding, machining, sewing, wood construction and basic electrical connections.

NSWC Dahlgren Division Getting Ready to Make Offers to Science and Engineer Job Candidates

Employees of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) pose for a photo before the start of a job fair held at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center, July 18. The command's Human Resources Division announced Aug. 2 that it plans to make about 100 tentative job offers to candidates who attended the event. Approximately 325 candidates with bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, mathematics, and physics spoke with senior Navy scientists, engineers, and managers about positions available for entry-level and experienced scientists and engineers.
