NSWCDD Dam Neck Activity plank owner retires after more than 55 years

IMAGE: Randall Abbey, an Integrated Logistics Support Services technician at DNA, retired on Dec. 31, 2021, after 55 years of combined military and federal government service. Abbey came to work at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity in 1997 and is considered a plank owner—or one of the original members of the current organization.
