Now he's a full-time NSWCDD scientist, thanks to what he calls a "seamless transition" after graduation. "I had no idea that I could have worked here before I graduated," said Lower. NSWC Dahlgren Software Team Recognized with Award for Impact on Laser Systems

(July 2, 2020) – Hattie Webb is awarded the 2020 Women of Color Technology All Star Award for her lasting impact across the Tomahawk Program, Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), and the local community. At NSWCDD she serves as the senior systems engineer for the Tomahawk Missile Program in the Strike Weapons Systems Division and as a group leader who mentors young scientists and engineers. “I look forward to coming to work every day to mentor and guide others,” said Webb, “We work as a team to provide quality products to the fleet.”
