Dr. Gretchen Rivera, business data intelligence lead at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, represents NSWC PCD as its 2022 National Hispanic Heritage Month Warfare Centers Employee spotlight. In a collateral role, Rivera also serves as vice lead of the command’s Hispanic Employment Program and mentors the next generation of scientists and engineers through the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Outreach Program.
