SILVERDALE, Wash. (Feb. 23, 2021) – Trident Refit Facility Bangor (TRFB) Career Counselors (from left to right) Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Mechanical) 2nd Class Keslie Gonzalez, Yeoman (Submarines) 2nd Class Ethan Noe, Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Mechanical) 2nd Class Thomas D’Antonio, Machinist Mate (Auxiliary) 2nd Class Matthew Bingham, Sonar Technician (Submarines) 2nd Class Christopher Mcanally, Command Career Counselor (CCC) Machinist Mate (Auxiliary) 2nd Class Leo Zhang, and Hull Maintenance Technician 1st Class Audon Ariasmartinez represent TRFB’s Command Career Management Program, which is made up of 27 career counselors. TRFB recently received the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Retention Excellence Award for the fiscal year 2020 for superior accomplishment in executing programs that best enable Sailors to succeed in the Navy and for directly supporting the concept of Brilliant on the Basics, a charge from the U.S. Navy to reinvigorate efforts to foster an environment where Sailors and their families want to stay in the Navy.
