JABS program personnel complete final test milestone, leave 21-year MCM program lasting impact

The Joint Direct Attack Munition Assault Breaching System (JABS) Test and Evaluation Team is made up of personnel from Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, NSWC Indian Head, Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc., support contractors and Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. NSWC IHD NETAP Students Heat Things Up in Summer Robotics Competition

A student with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division’s (NSWC IHD) Naval Energetics Technology Apprenticeship Program (NETAP) prepares their underwater remotely operated vehicle for her group’s scenario at Naval Support Facility Indian Head, July 28. NETAP provides students an opportunity to engage in a hands-on internship allowing them to develop their engineering skills. Over the course of the program, students learned and improved upon their tooling, soldering and programming skills by building miniature unmanned underwater vehicles

NAVAIR Recognizes NSWC IHD CAD/PAD JPO Team for Unprecedented Response

NAVAIR Commander, Vice Admiral Carl Chebi (left) presented thee Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division Cartridge and Propellant Actuated Device (CAD/PAD) Joint Program Office (JPO) with the Naval Air Systems Command Commander’s Award for Availability during a ceremony at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Lexington Park, Maryland, May 31. CAD/PAD JPO Director Gregory Longworth (center) and JPO Navy Deputy Program Manager Jason Caron (right) received the award on behalf of the team of engineers, technicians, logisticians, analysts, handlers, drivers and radiographers from across the command who were responsible for the prestigious award.
