200220-N-QL258-0039 Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD)’s National Engineers Week celebration culminated in a cake cutting ceremony honoring the Command’s newest and longest serving engineers, Feb. 20. NSWCPD’s newest engineers Ryan Weikel, Yasir Rizvi, and Ethan Klabunde started earlier in the week on Feb. 18, while chemical engineer Al McCarrick has been with the Command for 44 years.
