NSWC PCD provides One Team support to NUWC Newport, HII to deliver launch and recovery capabilities

HII’s Pharos receives final preparation before launching into the water as the system needed to ensure it was capable of ballasting and de-ballasting in a loaded condition and also demonstrate its capability to be recovered from a large boat ramp at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, Fla., Sept. 1. Technical Directors switch places to foster collaboration
