JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR HICKAM, Hawaii (February 27, 2022)- Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro looks at the proposed Dry Dock 5 site at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program will support future Virginia-class submarine maintenance and optimize work across the shipyard.
