At NSWC Dahlgren Division and Indian Head, retired Navy Information Systems Technician and Air Force Technical Sergeant Franklin Ray Dean Sides fills the role of Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC). “We aren’t normally the ones you call on your best day,” said Sides. “If something happens to you or you see something happen to someone else, call me.
