Carderock Hosts 17th International Submarine Race

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division hosts the International Submarine Races (ISR) at the David Taylor Model Basin in West Bethesda, Md., from June 26-30, with 19 teams from Canada, Poland, the U.K. and across the United States making appearances.
