Ventura County Educators Celebrate with Warfare Centers’ $80,000 win in STEM Robotics Grants

Naval Base Ventura County held a celebration Wednesday Oct. 16 distributing a check to fund FIRST Robotics programs in the county. An NSWC Crane nationally recognized expert receives second highest DoN award for electronic warfare efforts

A Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) employee received the Department of the Navy (DoN)’s second highest honorary award. Thomas Dalheim, Crane’s Spectrum Warfare System Department Senior Scientific Technical Manager (SSTM) for Advanced Electronic Warfare (EW), was awarded the DoN Superior Civilian Service Award in recognition of his contributions as an Airborne Electronic Attack expert at NSWC Crane from 1999 to 2019.

Dahlgren Sailors and Civilians Celebrate Navy's 244th Birthday

The Navy birthday cake-cutting ceremony is important to all Sailors, as it is an annual renewal of each Sailor's commitment to the Navy and the Navy's commitment to our nation's quest for peace and freedom worldwide.
