NSWC PCD propels supervisory professional development

Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division hosted 26 supervisors across nine Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) activities, including Warfare Center divisions, February 28 to March 4. The Propel Launch course is a mandatory training event where supervisors gain useful tools to help them in their new roles, while sharpening the existing tools in their tool kits to better lead their teams. My Navy Learning provides personalized, adaptive learning for Sailors

MNL is a next-generation system that will encompass training and professional development throughout a Sailor’s entire career. The Distributed Training Branch at NSWCDD DNA teamed up with NSWCDD’s Human Systems Integration Branch to conduct usability studies with more than 20 Sailors as part of the design and development phase of the MNL project.
