Junior Navy Scientists, Engineers Develop Integration Capability for Electric Weapons

150721-N-EW716-001 (July 21, 2015) PASCAGOULA, Miss. - Mrs. Ima Black, widow of the first Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, Delbert Black, begins the mechanized process of cutting the steel plate with the help of Paul Bosarge, Huntington Ingalls Industries burner/work leader.  Mrs. Black is the sponsor for the destroyer DDG 119 -- the future USS Delbert D. Black -- which formally started fabrication in Ingalls' Pascagoula, Miss., shipyard today.
