Dr. Andrew Fairbanks, lead engineer in the High Power Microwave Prototype Weapon Systems & Applications Branch of the Integrated Engagement Systems Department at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division was honored with the 2026 Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition Dr. Delores M.
