U.S. Navy Sailors attached to USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) receive borescope inspection training conducted by Scott Brown, Senior Engineering Technician, at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, The Navy Yard in Philadelphia.
