Captain Howard Markle, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility commander, presented the Navy and Marine Corps Medal to Navy Diver Chief Petty Officer Steven McConnell during an all hands call April 27, 2018, at the PSNS & IMF Everett Detachment’s headquarters at Naval Station Everett, Washington.
