NUWC Newport, NSWC Panama City complete Advanced Naval Technology Exercise

NEWPORT, RI - Capt. Michael Coughlin (from left), commanding officer of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and Stefan Pryor, R.I. Secretary of Commerce watch an ANTX demonstration on Aug. 16 at the Narragansett Bay Test Facility in Newport. ANTX is an annual event designed to test new technology with academic, industry and Navy participants. The theme of this year's ANTX is Battlespace Preparation in a Contested Environment.
