📢 [8/19/26] Flash Notice: eCRAFT Enterprise (E2) Platform Status & Reporting Compliance

• Current System Status: The eCRAFT E2 platform is undergoing system upgrades. We expect the system to come online in mid‑October 2026.

• What You Need to Do Now: Please continue creating your ePRU XML files as required by the eCRAFT CDRL. Create the XML on the same day you submit your WAWF invoice.
               – At this time, do not upload anything to https://www.pdrep.csd.disa.mil/pdrepweb/ecraft.
               – Instead, send the XML file to your COR and KO and keep a copy on file until the system is live.

• After the System Goes Live: Once the E2 platform is operational, you will need to upload all the XML files you have been holding to the eCRAFT website.

This notice will be updated as soon as the system is operational.

• eCRAFT Periodic Report Utility (ePRU) User Guide v25.02b - revision posted Feb. 20, 2026
• Click here to download and extract the unsigned ePRU Version 25.02b.zip file to C:/ECRAFT on your computer (preferred)
• For users having difficulty using unsigned macros, download this signed edition of ePRU Version 25.02b. Note: This may require getting DOD Root Certs installed on your machine.
