The purpose of these changes is to ensure that any instance parsing against the NAVSEAC2 DTD used by the Content Management System/Publishing Solution at NSWCCD-SSES (Philadelphia) will still parse against this amended DTD which shall be Version F of the NSWCCD NAVSEAC2 DTD dated July 14, 2010.

1. The optional "valign" attribute

was added to the "row", "thead", "tfoot", "tbody", and "entry" attributes.

were added to the "%lvl;" attribute set, and also add "%lvl;" to the "graphic" and "row".

3. The "effect" element type was defined as
