Battle Management System
NAVAL AIR WEAPONS STATION CHINA LAKE, Calif. – In 2009, Ashton Engledow, back, current chief engineer of Battle Management System, participated in the first U.S. Special Operations Command and Battle Management System demonstration at China Lake. This event showcased a 10-shot BMS variant launched from an MC-130, which later evolved into the precision strike package and the AC-130W/AC-130J gunships.
