Vijay Ahluwalia bridges two worlds as Army Reservist and Dahlgren engineer
After joining the Army Reserves, Vijay Ahluwalia was encouraged by one of his NCOs to become an officer. Ahluwalia earned an academic scholarship at Western Kentucky University where he joined the Reserve Officer Training Candidate School while double minoring in systems engineering and military science.
