On Oct. 19, Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division hosted the Naval Surface Technology and Innovation Consortium Other Transaction Authority Industry Day event at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center. The goal of Industry day is to increase collaboration to open more innovative solutions to benefit the warfighter in a flexible and faster way.
