Naval Air Station Oceana Air Show STEM event
Thousands of Virginia Beach area fifth-graders took part in a field trip to the first day of the Naval Air Station Oceana Air Show. Scientists and engineers from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity volunteered their time to staff a STEM station where the students could interact with robotics, homemade slime and a static electricity generator.
