NNSY’s Second Class Petty Officer Association: Second to None in Installation Pride
Petty Officers Francheska Keith, Astrid Santiago and Christian Woods participate in the Second Class Petty Officer Association (SCPOA) cleanup efforts by bagging leaves in Norfolk Naval Shipyard’s (NNSY’s) historic Trophy Park. These efforts are the first of several landscape restoration and cleanup projects in NNSY’s historic Trophy Park.
