Retired NUWC Division Newport employees receive Meritorious Civilian Service Awards
Martin “Marty” Moebus, who retired from the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport in July 2020, received a Meritorious Civilian Service Award for his accomplishments as chief strategic analyst in the Strategic Planning Office.
