2019 NSWCDD Academic Recognition Ceremony
Capt. Casey Plew, Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) commanding officer, welcomes academic awardees along with their families, friends, and colleagues to the 2019 NSWCDD academic recognition ceremony held at the University of Mary Washington Dahlgren campus.
