DAHLGREN, Va. (Aug. 30, 2019) – Naval Sea Systems Warfare Centers Commander Rear Adm. Eric Ver Hage presents the Dr. Delores M. Etter Award to Dennis Larsen, Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) engineer, at an awards ceremony held at NSWCDD headquarters. The Etter Award is presented annually to scientists and engineers who have clearly demonstrated a superior accomplishment that is technically outstanding and highly beneficial operationally to the Department of the Navy, Department of Defense, and national defense.
