DAHLGREN, Va. (Sept. 21, 2018) – Dillard Patton receives his certificate of achievement from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Acting Chief of Staff Terri Gray and Acting Deputy Technical Director Chris Clifford at the 2018 NSWCDD Academic Recognition Ceremony. Patton – commissioned into the Naval Reserves ten days earlier – was recognized for completing his master's degree in systems engineering from Old Dominion University, and commended for his commitment to personal and professional development.
