DAHLGREN, Va. (Sept. 11, 2018) – Nourhan Ibrahim places a new officer’s cover on the head of her husband, Dillard Patton, who was commissioned into the Naval reserves as an ensign at a ceremony held at the Aegis Training and Readiness Center. Ensign Patton - an NSWCDD System Safety Engineering Division civilian engineer – expressed a special appreciation to his family during the ceremony. “Without your support, I wouldn’t be standing where I am today,” said Patton. “You have stood by my side through my best and my worst, but in all instances you motivated me to give it my all and succeed.”
