NSWCDD Honorary Awards 2018
The AC-130 Gun Ships Block 20 Precision Strike Package Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and Deployment Team received the Technology to the Warfighter Award at the NSWCDD Honorary Awards Ceremony held at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center, April 26. The Technology to the Warfighter Award recognizes individuals or groups who have had a notable and significant impact on the warfighter by developing needed capability and transitioning it into operations. The intent of this award is to recognize direct contributions to the warfighter and their operational impact.
