Sheril McLeod is presented the Paul J. Martini Award at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's annual awards ceremony, Apr. 26 at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center. The award is named in honor of Paul J. Martini, who was head of the Engineering Support Directorate of the Naval Ordnance Laboratory from November 1951 to December 1973.
