Dahlgren Centennial Kickoff
DAHLGREN, Va. (Oct. 16, 2017) – Jim Colvard – Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Technical Director from 1973 to 1980 – gives his keynote speech before the military and civilian audience gathered to celebrate the Navy base’s centennial. “Today’s problems cannot be solved by yesterday’s solutions,” said Colvard. “So you’ve got to be constantly looking at new ways to do things and approach a problem.”
