NUWC Division Newport engineers complete rigorous Navy diving course
NUWC Newport engineers Nick Savage (from left) and Steve Francis graduated from a Navy diver course in Panama City, Fla., on Sept. 8, 2017. Savage's outstanding scores also earned him the Honor Graduate award for the class.
