During the visit, Owens and Cramer met with senior leadership from PHNSY & IMF to assess progress on the Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program and tour the shipyard’s dry dock areas that will be modernized beginning in 2023. DAHLGREN, Va. (March 3, 2017) - NSWC Dahlgren Division Deputy Technical Director Dale Sisson, center, presents Christine Mason with a shadow box at her retirement ceremony, which serves to award her the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service award for her many accomplishments and her continued dedication and service to the US Navy. Holding the gift item with Sisson is Christine's husband Vic. The shadow box displays the flag flown over NSWCDD headquarters on Jan. 25, 2017 in honor and grateful appreciation of Christine's 37 years of dedicated service to the U.S. Navy and the nation. Christine served as deputy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Site Implementation Lead (SIL) through ERP deployment and as ERP SIL through stabilization and sustainment the past 8 years.
