Mr. Deligne, a member of the Senior Executive Service since 2007, is currently the Executive Director of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). NAVSEA is an Echelon II Command responsible for the technical authority, development, acquisition, and lifecycle support of U.S. Navy Ships and Integrated Warfare Systems.
