WASHINGTON -- Rear Adm. Todd M. Evans stands at attention during the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers change of command ceremony, June 24 at the Washington Navy Yard. Evans assumed command of the Warfare Centers in a ceremony presided by NAVSEA Commander Vice Adm. Jim Downey. The NAVSEA Warfare Centers execute research, development, test and evaluation efforts for the future Navy as well as provide in-service engineering and logistics support for the operational surface and submarine forces.
