They volunteered their time and talents to educate students through hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) displays. More than 7,000 fifth-graders from Chesapeake and Virginia Beach elementary schools participated in the event, breaking the Guinness World Record for the largest field trip on record.
