PETERSEN, JR. -- Mrs. D'Arcy Neller, authenticator and ship sponsor, watches from behind a protective mask as Ingalls Shipbuilding structural welder Jeremy Lally etches her initials into the ship's keel plate. The keel authentication ceremony for DDG 121 was held Tuesday morning, Feb. 21, at Ingalls Shipyard in Pascagoula, MS. Also observing at left is Ingalls Shipbuilding President Mr. Brian Cuccias. The keel's co-authenticator, Mr. Donald Brabston, a 50-year Ingalls employee, was unable to attend.
