British Royal Navy’s Second Sea Lord Visits NSWC Dahlgren Division

Eugene 'Gene' Black, Surface Warfare Division director at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations - on the Navy's high energy laser technological programs - including ODIN. The admiral was also updated on HELIOS -- High Energy Laser with Integrated Optical-Dazzler and Surveillance - during his NSWCDD tour.
