Congratulations on your assignment to Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) in Norfolk, Virginia. MARMC's mission is to FIX SHIPS! Our more than 3,000 military and civilian personnel are responsible for the maintenance and modernization of naval ships and vessels on the East Coast, while also supporting the 5th and 6th Fleets. We accomplish this through our core services of Fleet Technical Support, Contract Management Oversight and Intermediate Maintenance. Reporting: Checking In
All civilian personnel must report to LF-18 Quarterdeck the morning of their indoctrination, which is open from 0600-1500.
All military personnel must report to CEP-200 Quarterdeck, which is opened 24 hours a day. During working hours the Quarterdeck will direct personnel to the Military Personnel Office located in CEP-200 Room 42. If checking in after working hours, during the weekend or a holiday, the Quarterdeck will stamp the orders. Personnel will then report back to CEP-200 the morning of the next working day to check in with the Military Personnel Office. You will nee to bring a copy of your orders and a copy of your transfer eval when you report. Additionally, please bring your NSIPS Detaching Information Report (which indicates the established Transfer and Report dates), NAVPERS 1070/602 (if traveling from outside the local area for travel claim processing) and your license plate number, if you took leave (elapsed time) or traveled outside of Norfolk, VA.
Directions to the CEP-200 Quarterdeck: From Gate 5, turn RIGHT onto Second Street. MARMC Quarterdeck is located in Building CEP-200 on the right. Parking is available across the street from Building CEP-200.
Directions to the LF-18 Quarterdeck: From Gate 3, turn RIGHT onto Aircraft Tow Way and LEFT on Avionics Loop (9727 Avionics Loop). From Gate 4, continue down Bellinger Blvd., stay to the RIGHT onto CV Towway Drive, take a RIGHT onto Avionics Loop. Building LF-18 is on the left. Parking is available in front of Building LF-18.

Dental Information
The Branch Dental Clinic, Naval Station Norfolk (BDCNSN), is advertised as the Navy's largest dental clinic with 116 dental treatment rooms and seven mobile Dental Units located at 1647 Taussig Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23511. The clinic is located in Building CD-3 outside the Naval Station between the Navy Exchange/Commissary and Sewell's Point Branch Medical Clinic.

Family Housing
All Officers and enlisted personnel with accompanying dependents are eligible to apply for Military Family Housing (MFH). Family Housing is limited and must be applied for at the Assignment/Referral Office.

Property
The Personal Property Office plans and directs operations for the shipment or storage of household goods, baggage, vehicles, and mobile homes for area military personnel, military retirees and some civil service personnel. They also provide long term storage for all military activities and personnel in the Tidewater area including Virginia's Eastern Shore and Southeastern North Carolina. Annually, 45,000 people visit the Personal Property Office to arrange for shipment or storage of their personal property.
The Personal Property Office is located at Personnel Support Mall, 7920 14th Street, Norfolk, VA 23505, behind and to the left of the Navy Federal Credit Union, at the corner of Hampton Blvd. and Baker Street in Norfolk, VA. The Personal Property Office is not located on Naval Station Norfolk.
