Delivering and maintaining mission-ready ships!

Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center

At the tip of the spear, Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC) is the only forward-deployed regional maintenance center supporting two numbered fleets, serving three combatant commanders, and conducting work on three continents. FDRMC is headquartered in Naples, Italy with detachments in Manama, Bahrain and Rota, Spain.

FDRMC provides emergent, intermediate and depot-level maintenance and modernization for transient and Forward Deployed Naval Forces in U.S. Fifth and Sixth Fleets through fleet technical assistance, voyage repair, contract management oversight, assessments, and diving and salvage.

VISION STATEMENT
FDRMC's vision statement embodies the enduring goal the command aspires to achieve:
Adapt our world-class workforce and transform overseas maintenance to ensure ships in Fifth and Sixth Fleets are ready to operate alongside our Allies and partners.

MISSION STATEMENT
FDRMC's mission statement defines what we do each day:
Deliver and maintain mission-ready ships.

CORE VALUES
FDRMC's core values are the heartbeat of our command:

People First - Without our team, we cease to exist. FDRMC is successful because of our team members. Ships are fixed because of their expertise and teamwork. We put people first. Period.

Always Adapting - Operating in a forward-deployed environment means we must be prepared to adapt – both on short notice and as we look to the future. Being adaptable requires flexibility, innovation and resilience. It’s about continuous improvement to meet our mission.

Unwavering Integrity - In everything we do, we must act with utmost integrity. The Sailors and Marines we serve rely on their ships and systems to work correctly every time, so they can operate with complete confidence. Every action we take as individuals and as an organization must be executed to the highest standard, giving each crew full faith in their ship and systems.
