At NUWC Division, Keyport, the Deputy for Small Business Programs (DSB), champions the interests of small and disadvantaged businesses. As a key advocate and advisor to Command leadership, the DSB drives the implementation of the Small Business Program, ensuring alignment with Navy priorities and Federal Acquisition regulations. By overseeing program performance and fostering collaboration with the Contracts and Technical Departments, the DSB helps shape acquisition strategies that open doors for small businesses to contribute to the Navy’s mission and national defense.
