The Deputy Director for Small Business (DSB) serves as the chief advisor to the Commanding Officer in directing and implementing NSWC IHD's Small Business (SB) Program. A primary goal of the command's program is to identify and expand the competitive base of SB firms to increase SB participation in acquisition requirements and to promote partnerships between technical programs and small businesses in support of fulfilling mission requirements. Jennifer Barnidge, DSB, serves as the single point of contact for all NSWC IHD small business matters.
