Congratulations to the USS Spruance (DDG 111) team for delivering the ship back to the Fleet three days early! Despite the significant challenges associated with a slewing arm davit repair, the Project Team persevered and delivered a rare victory in the CNO Availability world. The Project Team was able to focus on prioritization of work effort and creative solutions to keep the project moving forward such as the procurement and utilization of PEMCO fittings to conduct truck refueling pier side while at NASSCO’s facility.
