Port Hueneme, Calif. - Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division Commanding Officer Capt. Tony Holmes (left) presents a letter of appreciation to Fire Controlman (Aegis) 1st Class Marcel Gibbons during military quarters, held Jan. 6.
