Command’s First Other Transaction Agreement Will Shorten Acquisition Prototype Process

PORT HUENEME, Calif. - Naval Surface warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Deputy Technical Director Michael Ladner (center) and Technical Director Jeff Koe (right) ask Advanced Technology International (ATI) questions during a meeting Feb. 18 in California.
